Requested Thumbnail navigation (and bonus)

Hi,

It's my first post and straight on request

I am using IrfanView for years now and it just don't have any competition yet. One thing I would love to see is easier navigation in Thumbnails viewer.
Something sort of win 7 explorer where you got your favourites folders, shortcuts to different localizations, drives etc. (not only most recent like it is now or just directory tree)

Or just ability to mark directories as favourites and easy jump to them would be perfect.

As for bonus thing, playback option for gifs would be lovely.

The playback speed of GIF or PNG animations can be changed with shortcuts Ctrl+Shift+Plus/Minus.
