Requested Starting up Irfan View should show a picture browser

It is not entirely logical that Irfan View starts up with a black screen. I think Irfan View should start up viewing small thumbnails of whatever folder you selected in the options (defaults to Pictures).

Change the shortcut properties used to launch IrfanView

Example for thumbnails:
i_view32.exe c:\test\image1.jpg /thumbs
=> open 'image1.jpg' and display thumbnails from directory 'c:\test'
or
i_view32.exe c:\test /thumbs
=> display thumbnails from directory 'c:\test'
