I can't seem to find anything about support of the SVG format. Are there any plans to support SVG?

IrfanView is a bitmap image viewer. SVG is a vector file format, so it makes little sense to support it. It is not yet widely used like WMF or EPS.

IrfanView can open the files for viewing, thanks to the CAD plugin, but it's naggy and watermarks them. However, I find that the thumb browser works very well for looking through SVG collections to find the right image. One can then pass a file on to Inkscape with the "Open in external editor" comand.Its: Belongs to "It"
