Requested Edit Multipage Tiff

First off, this is a great program. We have a couple feature requests that would make this program even better:

Could we have a higher quality preview thumbnail image?

Also, an option to select specific pages and delete others that aren't selected.

You might find it easier to extract all of the images to a temporary folder and use the thumbnail viewer for working with them. There, you have an option for larger thumbnails. After deleting the unwanted images, create a multipage TIF from the selected images.
