Is there a way I can have IView default to a detail list instead of the icon list when trying to navigate a file directory? I've been using IView since at least 1998 and it is an absolutely wonderful program, but I do wish I could navigate files without having to see the extra large icons all the time. Maybe there is something in the registry that I could set to default to a detail list. Thanks in advance, vw And, thanks for the great program.

Change the view using the drop list. The last used view is remembered as far as I can tell.

It might be remembered while you are in the same instance, but if you go from one instance to another, it always reverts back to extra large icons. Is there and INI parameter I could set or could something be set within the registry?
