Implemented Limit file types in save dialog

So I only save images as png or jpg, often switching between the two, but the save dialog shows 20 file types in the "save as type" dropdown so it's pretty annoying. I also can't press "J" or "P" with the dropdown open, because JPG and PNG are not first in list for those letters. I think it would be nice if you could select the visible options in that dialog.
