Rename file and keep position in list

When I am viewing files in a directory and rename one of them it causes next/prev to be relative to the file's new position in the sorted directory listing.
Please can you keep the 'cursor' to the original position in the list.

Thanks for the tip! Very helpful.

It's almost what I was expecting. As well as renaming the file, it moves its position in the list, so if you press Next then Prev you don't get back to the same file as expected, you get the Prev-Prev file. IMHO ACDSee works the intuitive way.
