Gimp 2.10: New format XCF

Gimp 2.10 final has been released to the public.
Could be added compatibility to the new version of XCF format file, please?

The new XCF format has been in development for a long time. Gimp 2.10 was released a few days ago. I believe some time is needed for this to work, but it will work quite soon. It is an open source project.
