Show any pic on website in IV

I want to save some images I find in websites. But before I like to edit them (resize, crop etc). So I am looking for a simple addon, plugin or whatever which adds an option to the right-click menu "Open with IrfanView". I use Firefox 12.0a1 (2011-12-26) Nightly, but any addon which will work with release versions is also welcome. I searched the FF addon page for Irfanview (also only for Irfan, in case somebody wrote it in two words) but found no results.

Try the Firefox addon DownThemAll to download all pictures from a website!
Then open and view them with IrfanView!

I have a customised menu item for Opening Images in IrfanView from Opera. If you know how to modify the Firefox menus, perhaps that will give you a head start.
