"Full" setup containing both Irfanview and Plugin?

    Hi there,

Have you considered to provide a "full" setup which installs both Irfanview and the Plugin?

The existence of such setup could solve many problems like:
    * we don't have to download two setup and the likelihood to mix up the setups
    * winget (aka Windows Package Manager) is unable to provide a package for the plugin because of dependency issue. If you're interested to know the detail, here you are: https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/pull/21591

Millions of downloads use a lot of bandwidth. Most users don't need the plugins as the most important ones are already included (Effects.dll, Tools.dll, Metadata.dll, Slideshow.exe, Video.dll, Jpg_transform.dll, Paint.dll, RegionCapture.dll, and Icons.dll).

The plugin packages are much bigger (24.6 and 18.8 Mbytes) than the IrfanView program packages (3.56 and 2.83 Mbytes).

Language installers are provided separately too.

If you need a single package, download the zip packages and combine them into one.

A package manager should be smart enough to deal with dependencies and automatically download all needed components.
      My system: IrfanView 4.62 64bit, Windows 10 22H2, Intel Core i5-3570, 16GB RAM, NVidia GTX 1050Ti 4GB

Most of the plugins deal with exotic or obsolete formats that are usually not needed, and may fail to load if they are incompatible with the system or missing an external file. I don't think it is a good idea to install all the plugins.

I'm NOT asking to remove the original "slim" setup. I'm asking for an ADDITIONAL, all-in-one setup. Don't be too sensitive.

What you're asking for is a whole lot more work for Irfan Skiljan to do for no benefit. If anyone needs both setup files it only takes a few clicks. IrfanView is updated twice a year at the most. Are you really so busy? An admin who has to install the full package for multiple users can surely write a batch file to automate the task.
