    Batch Rename Video, DateTime

What I'm wanting to do is batch rename a whole bunch of images and videos to the time and date they were taken.
This works perfectly fine with images using $E306 (DateTime) or $E36867 (DateTimeOriginal) but not videos. They just end up with blank names.

I know the date/time info is there, as I can see it from within the video file, or by sorting by date in Windows. It's just IrfanView can't seem to read it.
Is there any way to achieve this?

On a side note, I must say I was a bit annoyed with having to wait a whole 10 days just to be able to post on a forum. I understand you've done this to prevent spam accounts, but have you tried other methods?
I've run a forum before which started getting spam accounts signing up. I put in a simple question/answer check that the user must pass when signing up and the spam stopped immediately. Just pick a question that anyone who uses this program would be able to answer A CAPTCHA can be passed easily, but some spammer signing up to a hundred forums a day isn't going to care enough to bother looking up your program and finding the answer to the secret question.

I wasn't even able to add video files to the Batch Rename dialogue.

You would have to use a different parameter than $E306 or $E36867 which are for Exif date/time. Look at $T and Advanced option in help.

If that doesn't work, use another dedicated file renaming utility. There are plenty of freeware options with powerful functions.
