Arial Font missing Irfanview ONLY

When I click F12 and go into Paint, if I click on ARIAL it jumps to Arial Black instead.

I reinstalled Arial in fonts, just in case. But if I'm in word or anything else it worked and continues to be available. Only place I can't use arial TTF is Irfanview4.35

On a few computers Irfanview and Arial font work fine, all running XP, but just this one it doesn't allow me to select Arial. And the font is there in Windows/fonts.

Anyone ever see anything like this before?

I was going to just update Irfanview and hope it fixes the minor nuisance, but I'm wondering what happened? Did I reconfigure something or ???

No problem here on Windows 7.

Since it's working on other XP machines, it might be the particular version of Arial Black that you have on that one.

Arial Black 2.40 was misnamed

Arial Black works - my Arial doesn't appear when I hit F12 to go to paint, enter text. (it used to work). Arial works in all other software, so it's not the OS.

Arial works on multiple other computers that I have, with Irfanview, same version.

I'm considering removing Irfanview and doing a fresh install. Could be a "personal problem".
