Solved IrfanView thumbnail viewer file management doesn't work

Using Windows 7 Pro SP1 32bit, and in IrfanView version 4.38, the File\Move selected files (F7), and File\Copy selected files (F8) don't work. This includes the menu and the Function keys. Can someone please advise what is wrong? Thanks.

P.S: Please don't suggest to update because I can't use versions >= 4.40 because of the IrfanPaint behavior have changed, so I had to reinstall v4.38.

No such problem here. I just installed 4.38 and its plugins into a new folder in C:\Program Files (86)\

F7 and F8 work as expected as long as a file is loaded. Without a file being loaded they do nothing. If the window only contains the clipboard contents, then I see an error message: Clipboard01 This file has already been deleted or moved.

Thanks for checking. Now it's working fine. Uninstalled completely, and reinstalled it.
