How To Add Text To Image Using Command Line?

It's possible to define selection and add text to image manually. But is it possible to do the same programmatically, I mean using command line?
If not, then I suggest this new feature. Thank you!

I don't know about command line options, but it is already possible in Batch mode. You can add variable overlay text such as filename, date, and EXIF information.

I have found how to do...

In batch mode, I can set parameters and save it in INI file, and use options /advancedbatch in command line. And that works!
