I can't find the paper that had how to make pages like to one I have attached.

1. Open IrfanView Thumbnails mode (T)
2. Set the thumbnail options for the size of thumbnails that you want
3. Select the thumbnails that you want to use
4. From the File menu in Thumbnails mode, select "Save selected thumbs as HTML file"

This will output some HTML and images to a folder of your choice. This HTML and the images need to be uploaded to your web server or integrated into your web site. For advice on doing that ask on the forum for you website program.
