Solved Picture Count Missing in 64

I just upgraded to IrfanView 64-bit and immediately missed the picture count on the heading bar. Is there a way to return this to the heading bar in 64.

The picture count I'm missing tells how many pictures in a folder, and which of those you are viewing atm, ie, 26/33 shows you are viewing the 26th in a folder that contains 33 pictures.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It's not missing. It depends on what you have selected in Properties, Settings, Toolbar and Viewing/Editing.

If you paste an image from the clipboard it will be greyed out even if the field is on the toolbar and the settings are correct.

Thank you thank you! I kept looking in "view" and didn't get to "toolbar" where the choice resides. The option is called "Current directory index"; I checked it and voila!
