Effects plug-in

I have been a long-time user of 32-bit IrfanView. I just installed the 64-bit version with I think all the available plug-ins. However, whenever I try the sharpen feature, I get the message to install/update the effects.dll plug-in.

What am I missing?

Perhaps you installed them in the wrong folder?

Check in Help, Installed plugins. If the Effects.dll plugin is missing run the 64-bit plugins installer again.

Still Unsuccessful

So I still cannot use IrfanView to sharpen an image (need "Effects.dll)and now I get the message that I need "Stub_Plugin.exe." I truly try to find these plugins and install them but to no avail. Please advise with practical solution. Thank you.

What was impractical about the solution offered?

I don't use Iview64 and I don't have a "Stub_Plugin.exe" in my Irfanview or Irfanview\Plugins folder. It may be specific for Iview64.
So, if "Stub_Plugin.exe." is missing, you may have installed the wrong plugins, namely those for Iview32.

Stub_Plugin.exe belongs in the 64-bit plugins folder and will be installed by iview450_x64_setup.exe

The main installer also installs the Effects.dll plugin in the 64-bit plugin folder.
