Printing Multi-page TIFF's - prints to wrong tray.

We have multiple users who cannot print to some trays on the shared network printer from multi-page TIFF's in iRfanview, latest version.
All are working from a Citrix/Terminal server.
Some users cannot print to certain trays. Nothing occurs.
Other users can print the EXACT SAME tiff file and it's fine.

Ideas?

I think it's going to be hard for anyone else to help you with this unless they have an identical setup.

I can only suggest saving the multipage tif to a PDF and printing from your PDF viewer.
