Solved File Names in Unicode other languages is not opening

Hi,

When I open a file with Arabic Name like "السلام عليكم.jpg" I got an error message , when I rename it to any English Name it will open directly no issues.

W:\Documents\?????? ???????.jpg : Can't read file header !

Unknown file format, empty/damaged file or file not found !

Please upgrade to the latest version and plugins v.4.50 or enable the Unicode plugins for earlier versions in Settings, Language.

After upgrade to 4.50 x64 Version, it is working like a charm,
