While scrolling through a folder of pictures and videos, I see that videos get played on a popout window, and the media player used is Windows Media Player.
I have not used Windows Media Player in a long time, and I do not intend to do it again.
Is there a way to make sure Irfanview plays videos on another player e.g. VLC? And make it play within the Irfanview window, instead of a popout window. Maybe update the IV_Player plugin in future?

My tech info:
Win 10 64-bit b1709
Irfanview 64-bit, used as default image viewer.
VLC installed, used as default video player.
No codec packs installed.
Irfanview's internal video/sound player doesn't play the (mp4) videos, with or without Directshow enabled.

Thank you, I have been using Irfanview since the era of dialup internet in the 1990s.
