Solved How to move an inserted arrow

After I insert an arrow using the Paint (F12) toolbar, is there a way to move (re-position) the arrow?

If the background is a uniform colour, you can select an area bigger than the arrow, then use copy/paste, shifting the selection with cursor keys.

Otherwise, undo and try again is the only way. For annotation of images, a tool like FastStone Capture is much more powerful. Version 5.3 is freeware and does all that you need.
