Raw (NEF) rotation?

Hello,

Thanks for the way cool software!

When viewing Raw (NEF) from a D300 and you rotate an image Horiz. to Vert. move on to the next file and come back, Irfan doesn't remember the rotation. Am I missing a setting, or should I post this in the feature request section?

No I didn't want to save as a different format just have Irfan remember that it should be rotated.

How is IV going to remember a file's rotation if you don't save it? Try Properties, JPG/PCD/GIF autorotate image according to EXIF info if available. I haven't a clue if that works with RAW files, as I don't use a camera.

I don’t know how IV is going to remember a files rotation I’m not a programmer but other programs do I just thought someone here would have a suggestion
On the other hand your tagline reminded me of another program I hadn’t thought of (Faststone) will auto rotate from EXIF info and that’s close enough. I will continue to monitor the progress of Irfan as I think it has a very well laid out interface.
