Fit image to screen when not in Fullscreen mode?

Is it possible to fit all images to the window even when I'm not in fullscreen mode?

only if the image is larger than the screen though.

I searched through the settings and couldn't find this option anywhere.

View, Display Options, Fit only big images to window.
