Resize Multiple Images at Once

Hi there. Im Gordon from NZ and new to this forum.
My question is this: I have many jpegs that I wish to resize to burn to a cd. At present, I have to open each of them one by one, alter the sizing then save. Is there some way that multiple jpegs can be resized at the same time with the same settings??? It takes forever to open each one and go through the process. Is there a feature in Irfanview that I can do this.

File menu, Batch Conversion/Rename

From the Thumbnail Viewer (Shortcut T), select files, and File menu, Start Batch dialogue with selected files.

Do backup valuable files to an external drive before experimenting with Batch operations.
