The color corrections dialogue is displayed in the centre of the monitor. Even if you move it off the edge of the screen somehow, next time it will reappear in the centre again, so all I can think of is that you may be using an unusual monitor setup such as a rotating monitor in portrait mode or a dual monitor.

What kind of monitor setup are you using?

It may be displaying offscreen, outside of the display area. Don't ask me why, but that can happen, I've had similar problems with other programs. The easiest immediate solution I can suggest is to search (using the Windows Search function) for a file named i_view32.ini and delete any instance of it that is found (there may be more than one if you have Vista). Do this with IrfanView closed. Then see if it works all right when it opens next. If not, a complete uninstall and re-install of IrfanView might be in order.

I have no idea what has caused the problem, so I can only speculate and suggest possible solutions. And I'm trying to keep it simple
      Its: Belongs to "It"
It's: Shortened form of "It is"
      ---------------------
      Lose: Fail to keep
      Loose: Not tight

      ---------------------
      Plurals do not require apostrophes

Or you could try Alt+Space and then Move. A bit tricky to know where to move it when you cannot see it, though.

Unless something is really messed up, you generally cannot move it outside of the display area. I would look around the edge of your screen for a smidgen of it. Otherwise, try the other suggestions.
