I've occasionally wanted to annotate a pdf page to send on to others. I've typically saved it to .jpg first then used various tools. Does IV allow annotating (graphic) an existing .pdf?
If not, is there a freeware tool that some are using that does accomplish this need? Annotation is simple, typically lines and text; arrows and boxes are nice, but can be handled by lines.
