IrfanVIew Thumbnails alway visible option?

Is there a option where I can make the thumbnails details always visible instead of a mouse over.

No. The option is not available. The nearest thing is show text in fullscreen options where you can define which details to show when browsing files in fullscreen mode, including EXIF information, etc.
