"Cannot load file" while batchprocessing

The message "Cannot load file" while batchprocessing occurs while trying to convert TIFFs from one directory, to JPEG in an other directory.

Last years there where no problems. It is also so important for us because we this function is essentiel for our work.

Please help us, what can we do?

Check the file that the batch process is not able to load. It may be too large to fit in memory, or may have invalid characters (Unicode) in its name or path.
