Transparent background on png images

Hello, I have a big problem with the transparent feature of irfanview.I really need irfanview for its swap RGB colors to BGR. I searched the entire web for a software which would do this for me and finally it was already on my hard drive.

Finally, I swapped and then i saved. I will let you see the problem .
There is strange artefacts + transparent colors destroyed
If you can help me to get irfanview do it correctly of point me to a software able to swap colors I would be really thankful.

No problem here, but IrfanView doesn't support Alpha Transparency — only 24-bit with transparency. Maybe that's the cause of your problem?

Is there any way to swap these colors and preserving the alpha layer ?
Any workaround ?
Any software I could use to swap and preserve alpha layer ?

XnView might be able to do it, but I've never tried doing it.
