.CDR to .JPG

Hello all,

I need to convert some .CDR to .JPG. However, when i use irfanview for this, the output becomes lo-res. Lo-res as in super mario on the nintendo . The outputfile is only usable as an icon, but i need it for a website. I've checked the output res, quality setting etc. all seems normal. Any tips?

Not many programs can open CDR files. I was surprised to see even a thumbnail as CDR isn't one of the formats supported by the plugins as far as I know.

I have version 9 from Corel Draw Essentials, which was only £50 some years back. Look for a copy on eBay or wherever.
