Batch Processing Issue

Hi i have the following issue -

I have 350 files that i have to put a border around and i have to do each one by hand!!

So i found Infranview and found a great border but i cannot batch process the files so that they have the border and then save over the original file with the new one........
hope this is straight forward for you to understand.

Below is my process -

open file - add border/frame - save file - save over original...........i need to batch this!!

thanks for any help.........also there is not a short cut key for the (add border/frame)???

You can increase the canvas size with a colour of your choice in advanced batch dialogue.

Adding fancy borders is done by a plugin, so that is not an option.

Probably you could write a batch file to add plain borders of different colours/shades in two or three runs.

For that sort of thing you would do better to use a program like Photoscape that has both Batch processor and Frames as built in features.
