Opening files using Adobe

When I first started using IRF I associated jpg's with IRF and that converted all jpg files in my computer so I could only open them with IRFview.

I've tried to unassociate jpg files from iRF so I could open them with Adobe/Acrobat but have been unable to do so.

Please, please, please - somebody help me out of my dilemma.
