How to Change the Main Window Color?

I am sure that question was posted before, but I did not find the answer. I would like to turn the background window's color from black to white and I don't find how to do;
Could you please help me?

Thanks for your reply.
But I am afraid I have not this choice.
Il main menu, I choose "Options" (fourth column, right? I have a french version and may be something could be wrong because of translation). In "Options" I choose "Properties" (first choice). At this point, I have no "Main window color" choice, but only "Full Screen/Diaporama". Then if I choose "white color", nothing happens in the main window.

Which version of IrfanView you're using?
(Which version is your french language file?)

In V4.27 and V4.25: \Options\Propriétés/Règlages...\ → "Afficher"
