Cut a banner into 5 pieces the exact same size?

After grappling with that [censored] captcha [censored] for aeons, I *finally* got this far.

Why there isn't a simple maths question on this and so many other sites is a complete mystery to me....up there with why anyone sane would vote for Cameron.

Anyway, I'm here now.

The question that I want to know the answer to is.....how can I cut a banner up into 5 equal pieces?

Basically, for Facebook....the new profile has 5 photos in line at the top.

I thought 'perfect for a political banner'.

So, I made a banner, but, when cutting it into 5, human error meant that each piece, while roughly the same size, wasn't *exactly* the same size.

This meant that when uploading and then viewing, some looked slightly stretched, yet, others the opposite.

How do I get Ifranview to neatly cut a banner into 5 exact pieces for me?

1. Use the custom selection (Shift C) and save it.
2. Crop to selection
3. Save
4. Undo
5. Increase the X offset for the custom selection for the second piece
