Open Batch Conversion via switch line statement?

Is there anyway to open the Batch Conversion window without having to open irfanview beforehand and going file -> Batch Conversion?

I searched the forum and the CL switch operators file and didn't see anything that fit this.

You can find all options in i_options.txt in the IrfanView installation folder.

That option is not listed.
