File conversion: how to have NEF input file type?

I am using 4.30 with plugins. When setting up the input files to do a conversion from Nikon RAW that uses the extension of "NEF", that file type is not listed as one of the file types. How do I add "NEF" to IrfanView's file types?

I don't bother, as one can just drag and drop any file to IrfanView, but you can associate NEF files in the usual way from Windows Explorer with right-click, open with, always use this program.

I ended up using All Files (*.*) - close to what you suggested.
