Rotating multiple pages at Tif files at once.

I get my faxes as tiff file to my mail, and some times I get them upside down.
Is there is a way to rotate all the pages (images?) in 180 degrees at once?

Only by extracting all pages first (Options, Multipage Images, Extract all pages), then running a batch operation on the extracted files.

But it is very complicated (and after the rotating you need to unite the pages to one tiff file)
I rather the option to rotate the page, save it, move to the next page, rotate it, and etc...
Or using the Microsoft Office Document Imaging - "select all" and then rotate in 180 degrees. but on my win7 I don't have it...
