Cannot run Irfanview movie file !

    Solved Cannot run Irfanview movie file !

    Problem: When I try to run an Irfanview MOV File I get an error message "Can't create video player or unknown codec". I need to know what my next step should be.

    Check that you have the latest IrfanView version 4.30 and the latest Plugins installed.

        I updated from IV version 4.28 to 4.30 and added the latest plugins but was still unsuccessful running my MOV file

          Solved my problem !

          Frank,
          I followed the advice in the thread you suggested and ran my video successfully using "Windows Video Player".
