My AVIRA Free detects Trojan in Bulgarian language file:
"Bulgarian.dll
--> Object
[DETECTION] Is the TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen3 Trojan"
Please check.

No problem here. Checked with Avast. False positives seem to be very common with IrfanView files.
