    Folder Tree navigation

    Hi,

I just updated to v4.57 (64 bit) from a perhaps 2-3 years old installation, and discovered that after the update, there's a problem when I try to navigate the Thumbnails Folder Tree with the cursor keys:

Whenever I press up or down, the folder selection goes one step up or down in the folder tree, however then the focus leaves the Folder Tree and goes to the thumbnails. So I can't move TWO or more steps up/down without manually going back to the Folder Tree.

In effect, the Folder Tree has become un-navigable with the cursor keys, a feature that was invaluable to quickly get an overview of the contents of multiple folders without having to click on each one with the mouse.

    So my question is:
Is cursor key navigation of the Thumbnails Folder Tree something that isn't possible to do anymore, or is it just that a setting has changed when I updated the program version?

    Thanks in advance!

    -André

The site search is not so useful after a forum upgrade. Use an Internet Site: Search instead.

I'm sorry, but I do not quite understand your reply to the original question.

If you searched you might not find the answer to your question, so I posted the screenshot above. Enable Folder tree: Keep focus in tree on folder change/click. I found the answer in a previous thread.
