Long-time user of IrfanView (it's my go-to photo editing program - love it), new to this forum.
I did a reasonable effort search on the topic of "layers", and I looked through the plugins. I found only one post with the word "layers" in my searching, and it didn't discuss whether IrfanView can do layers.
Whether IrfanView can do layers or not, I would have expected the topic to have come up a few times - or maybe I'm not using the search feature correctly?
Anyway - does IrfanView have the capability to do layers?
