View a jpg requires cadsoft.dll

I took a jpg photo of a section of an old blueprint but I keep getting a message I need a cadsoft tools dll. Is there a workaround. It is not a cad file and I do not want a cad file.

Archive the file and attach the ZIP file to the forum. If it is an unusual type of JPG image the forum may also block it.

Update to the latest version of IrfanView, and add the details to your forum signature to save us asking again.

Cadsoft Tools is used to convert vector images to bitmaps, so I guess the files have an incorrect extension.
