IrfanView Toolbars/Macros

I'm digitising many old B&W and colour negatives and slides. It would be handy if there were more tools available on the toolbar - e.g. rotate 180 degrees, convert to greyscale, invert all channels etc. Even better would be to be able to write macros to combine several operations. Is this at all possible?

Dream on! There have been requests for more toolbar icons for decades. Irfan Skiljan does have it on his ToDo list, but macros is not something I would ever expect to see. Get used to doing batch jobs and commandline scripts for repetitive tasks.
