Is there a way to free transform an image, basically get the box with four points?

Is there a way to free transform an image & fix an uneven pic, basically get the box with four movable points that photoshop gives you? See pic below to see what I'm talking about. I dont mean 3D transform. But would be interested to know if that is possible also.

Install the Adobe Effects from the IrfanView plugins page. There is a perspective transformation.

I just installed the plugins. Also, the adobe effects plugins actually I think came preinstalled with my version anyways. But they've never worked & still dont work. Here is the error message I get:

Did you install to the IrfanView folder (as it says) or in the IrfanView\Plugins\ folder? If you install to the latter folder, it will be installed in IrfanView\Plugins\Plugins\

Yes, I had already done that, See pic. I still get the same above error message that is in my earlier reply.

Pesrpective Transformations is not part of the Effects menu, but it is to be found in Image -> Adobe 8BF Plugins.

jazzman, I've tried that, even after I install the plugins, I get an error message.
