Our Finance dept has been using the Multipage Images options for a number of years. Recently the have been getting an error when they attempt to do this. The normal procedure is to open their original file, click Options, click Multipage Image, click Edit Multipage TIF, click the Add pages/images, select the file, radio button for Apply changes to current file is selected and then Apply changes. But now (on some files not all) the are getting an error: Can't add page: <file path> to result file ! I am wondering if the initial TIF file is just corrupt somehow. Has anyone experienced any thing like this? We have tried this on three different PC's with same results. Irfanview version is 4.60

My best guess is that the "missing" files are on a Network drive. Try transferring them first to your local drive. If the original file is corrupt, how could you open it?Before you post ... Edit your profile • IrfanView 4.67 • Windows 10 Home 19045.2486
