How to change image display background color from default Black that iview uses?

I have some images that are actually transparencies, meaning an image without any background color.

when I see them in iview, it shows a black background color, and whatever is written or drawn with dark colors or black color on that black colored area, that is totally unreadable.

download this image and see it in ivies, all these things visible here on white background are none visible.

How can I change image display background color from default Black that iview uses, to say, white? Where is the menu or toolbar option to change that quickly?

    Thanks.

In the IrfanView settings, in the viewing section, you can set any color you like.
    My system: IrfanView 4.62 64bit, Windows 10 22H2, Intel Core i5-3570, 16GB RAM, NVidia GTX 1050Ti 4GB
