EXIF not showing

I'm happy with IrifanView software since many many years!

I cannot understand what happens to a picture that I cannot see the exif info of .

I open the image, click on I key, doesn't show the exif button in the bottom left side of the information window, with other pics instead I have the Exif button.

this is the pic I can't see the exif info.

Apparently, the image contains no Exif info to show. Did you save it from IrfanView with the Keep Original Exit Data checkbox cleared?

I've extracted that pic from a pdf file, and could be that no exif data. I was unsure about that, now thank you I've realized that could be possible, someone removed the exif data from it.
