How to Disable Ctrl + Print screen Shortcut !!?

Hi

How can I Disable (Ctrl + Print screen) Shortcut !!?
As I have another program to capture color index
So when I have a photo open with IrfanView and I click (Ctrl + PrintScreen) it open the rectangle capture screen of IrfanView

I couldn't find a place to disable it !!

I have a similar problem with FastStone Capture. To work around it, give focus to a field on the IrfanView Toolbar, such as the Zoom level.
