"Extract all Frames" is grayed out and doesn't work

Good morning everyone, I am having a problem with Irfranview 64-bit. I am trying to use the option "Extract all Frames", but it's grayed out. I uninstalled the application as well as plugins, re-installed it all and got it to re-appear again. When I click on "Extract all frames", it will start processing, but won't go to the destination. The destination is on a network drive as well. When I went back into the options, it got grayed out again and will not let me select it. Any idea as to what I am doing wrong or why the option "extract all frames" is just grayed out all the time?

I am unable to test this, as I have no network drives.

To work around such problems, extract to C:\TEMP\IrfanView64 (or wherever), and then copy the files to the network drive.
