Fine rotation missing with IrfanView 4.35??

I've recently moved away from IrfanView version 3.80 to 4.35 but now I appear to be missing the "fine rotation" effect.

Has this been discontinued or moved to another location in the pull-down menu??

Its still there on the Image menu (shortcut Ctrl U)

However, try using the straighten tool in IrfanPaint (F12)

Thanks for the tip I see the option now, obviously it's been moved out of the effects browser still not sure why though.
I have a habit of pressing Ctrl + E a lot so I was a little puzzled when I couldn't find it in the usual place.
